How to Use Helse Web

This guide walks you through the main features of Helse Web.

Signing In

  1. Go to app.helse.ai
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click "Sign In"

First Time?:

If you don't have an account, click "Sign Up" to create one.

The Dashboard

After signing in, you'll see your dashboard:

  • Projects list: All your projects
  • New Project button: Create a new project
  • Sidebar: Navigate to Teams and Settings
  • Recent projects: Quick access to your latest work

Creating Documents

Create a Project

  1. Click "New Project" on the dashboard
  2. Enter a project name
  3. Click "Create"

Add a Document

  1. Open your project
  2. Click "New Document" or "+"
  3. Enter a document title
  4. Start writing!

Format Your Document

Use the toolbar to:

  • Make text bold or italic
  • Add headings
  • Create lists
  • Align text

Working with Teams

Create a Team

  1. Click "Teams" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Create Team"
  3. Enter a team name
  4. Click "Create"

Invite Members

  1. Open your team
  2. Click "Add Member"
  3. Enter their email
  4. Choose their role

Create Team Projects

  1. Open your team
  2. Click "New Project"
  3. The project will be shared with all team members

Exporting Documents

To export your document:

  1. Open the document
  2. Click the export menu
  3. Choose PDF or Word format
  4. Download the file

Settings

Access your settings to:

  • Change your theme (light/dark mode)
  • Update your profile
  • Manage billing
  • View account details
