How to Use Helse Web
This guide walks you through the main features of Helse Web.
Signing In
- Go to app.helse.ai
- Enter your email and password
- Click "Sign In"
First Time?:
If you don't have an account, click "Sign Up" to create one.
The Dashboard
After signing in, you'll see your dashboard:
- Projects list: All your projects
- New Project button: Create a new project
- Sidebar: Navigate to Teams and Settings
- Recent projects: Quick access to your latest work
Creating Documents

Create a Project
- Click "New Project" on the dashboard
- Enter a project name
- Click "Create"

Add a Document
- Open your project
- Click "New Document" or "+"
- Enter a document title
- Start writing!

Format Your Document
Use the toolbar to:
- Make text bold or italic
- Add headings
- Create lists
- Align text
Working with Teams

Create a Team
- Click "Teams" in the sidebar
- Click "Create Team"
- Enter a team name
- Click "Create"

Invite Members
- Open your team
- Click "Add Member"
- Enter their email
- Choose their role

Create Team Projects
- Open your team
- Click "New Project"
- The project will be shared with all team members
Exporting Documents
To export your document:
- Open the document
- Click the export menu
- Choose PDF or Word format
- Download the file
Settings
Access your settings to:
- Change your theme (light/dark mode)
- Update your profile
- Manage billing
- View account details
