Reducing health
inequalities
The unified research platform that combines writing, citation, and analysis — empowering teams to solve complex health challenges faster.
Our mission is to reduce health inequalities
We bridge the gap between rigorous scientific inquiry and lived experience. By democratizing access to professional research infrastructure, we empower local researchers and underfunded institutions to solve the health inequalities that affect their communities most.
Health disparities across ethnic minorities remain one of the most persistent challenges in modern medicine. The gap between what is known and what is acted upon costs lives. We exist to close that gap.
A unified research
platform
Unlike other tools, Helse provides a unified research platform that supports both scientific and qualitative humanities research. It does this by combining integrated citation search, real-time collaboration, and data analysis capabilities.
Integrated discovery
Search PubMed, arXiv, and academic databases instantly. Auto-format citations in any style — APA, MLA, Chicago and more.
Real-time teamwork
Co-edit documents with your research team in real-time, with version history, comments, and seamless synchronisation.
Built-in computation
Execute Python with pandas, create visualisations, and run statistical analysis — all within your documents.
To help solve health inequalities,
Helse will
Prioritise ethnic minority researchers
Provide grants and discounts to institutions focused on ethnic minority health outcomes, ensuring the communities most affected by health inequalities are at the forefront of research.
Innovation from the ground up
We are embedding lived experience and specialist knowledge directly into the platform’s development, ensuring that the people closest to health inequalities shape the tools designed to address them.
Free platform for focused researchers
We provide the Helse research platform for free to researchers focused on ethnic minority mental health, diabetes and cardiovascular disease—removing cost barriers so the most critical work is never held back.
