Which plan is right for me?
Choose Team if you need collaboration features for research teams of 3 or more people working together on research projects. The Team plan includes everything needed for collaborative research workflows.
How does Team plan pricing work?
Team plan costs $200/month (or $160/month if billed yearly) and includes 3 users. You can add up to 17 additional users at $50/month each, for a maximum of 20 users total.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Enterprise at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What's included in the Helse action features?
Our Helse Actions include floating toolbar assistance, AI tasks, chat functionality, document summarization, research assistance, and citation formatting. Team plan includes 2,000 AI interactions/month per user.
How do I add more users to my Team plan?
You can add users directly from your dashboard. Each additional user beyond the included 3 costs $50/month and gets full access to all Team features including their own AI interaction allowance.
What about data security?
We take security seriously. All plans include encrypted data storage, secure access controls, and regular backups. Team plans include advanced permission controls for sensitive research data.
What's coming in the Enterprise plan?
