Which plan is right for me?
Individual is perfect for solo researchers and students who need a powerful personal workspace with up to 10 projects. Choose Team if you need collaboration features for research teams of 3 or more people working together. Enterprise is for large organizations needing custom solutions.
What are the limits on the Individual plan?
The Individual plan includes up to 10 projects with 30 documents per project, 500 references, 100 AI interactions per month, and basic export options (PDF, DOCX). It's perfect for students and solo researchers getting started.
How does Team plan pricing work?
Team plan costs $60/month (or $45/month if billed yearly) and includes 3 users. You can add up to 17 additional users at $20/month each (yearly) or $15/month each (monthly), for a maximum of 20 users total.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Individual to Team or Enterprise at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Your projects and documents will seamlessly transfer.
What's included in the Helse action features?
Our Helse Actions include floating toolbar assistance, chat functionality, document summarization, research assistance, and citation formatting. Individual plan includes 100 AI interactions/month, while Team plan includes 1,000 AI interactions/month per user.
What about data security?
We take security seriously. All plans include encrypted data storage, secure access controls, and regular backups. Team plans include advanced permission controls for sensitive research data.
