Teams Guide
Teams in HelseWeb allow you to collaborate with others on shared projects and documents. This guide covers everything you need to know about creating and managing teams.
Creating a Team
Navigate to Teams
Click on "Teams" in the sidebar navigation to access the Teams page.
Create New Team
Click the "Create Team" button to open the team creation dialog.
Enter Team Details
- Enter a descriptive team name
- The team will be created with you as the owner
Start Collaborating
Your team is now ready. Start by adding members and creating projects.
Team Types
HelseWeb supports different team configurations:

|---|---|
| Custom Teams | Teams you create for specific projects or groups |
| All Team | A default team that includes all organization members |
Managing Your Team
Team Settings
As a team owner or admin, you can:
- Rename the team
- View team activity
- Manage team projects
- Delete the team (owner only)
Team Projects
Create projects within your team to organize work:
- Open your team
- Click "New Project"
- Enter project details
- Team members can access shared projects
Team Roles
Each team member has a role that determines their permissions:

Deleting a Team
Warning:
Deleting a team is permanent and will remove all team projects. Only team owners can delete teams.
To delete a team:
- Open the team you want to delete
- Click on team settings
- Select "Delete Team"
- Confirm the deletion
Best Practices
- Use descriptive names: Name teams after their purpose (e.g., "Marketing Team", "Research Project Q4")
- Assign appropriate roles: Give admin access only to trusted members
- Organize with projects: Create separate projects for different workstreams
- Review permissions regularly: Ensure members have appropriate access levels
