Billing Questions
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Select your desired plan and enter payment details. Your new plan activates immediately, and we'll prorate charges for the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual Team plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes! Students and educators with a valid .edu email receive 50% off Individual plans. Academic institutions get volume discounts on Team plans—contact our sales team.
How does the free trial work?
Individual and Team plans include a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start. You'll be prompted to add payment details before the trial ends.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry the payment a few times and send email notifications. If payment continues to fail after 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is preserved.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Contact support@helse.io with your account details. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
How do I update my billing information?
Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method. You can update your credit card, change billing address, and download invoices for past payments.
